Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping times vary by destination. Standard shipping typically takes 2–17 business days. For some remote regions, delivery may take 3–25 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing or unexpected circumstances.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package online. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics carriers or customs inspections.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees applied by your local country. These charges are collected upon arrival and are not included in our product or shipping price.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. We cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with clear photos within 3 business days after delivery for assistance.
